My process- Start to finish
See below theprocess that I use to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Firstly, we will have either a telephone conversation or a face to face meeting depending on where you are based. If we are a good fit then I will provide a very competitive quote. Then we move on to stage 2.
Once the prices have been agreed, you will be asked to complete the direct debit mandate by Go Cardless. This is for the monthly management fee ( if required). Deposits will need to be paid before stage 3.
Now for the fun bit, at least for me. Using the information that I collected during the consultation stage I will bring your vision to life. Please allow 3-5 days for this stage.
This is the stage where you will see the website for the first time. This is where you can make any changes or additions. Changes are usually emailed to me and I can work through them.
This is where the remaining balance is paid. I will make sure that the site is 100% and all paper work is 100& as well. Just so we are both happy.
This is where I will remove any coming soon screens or I will move the website onto the correct domain name.
